Customers write when you're serving someone else, at night, on Sunday. BiasharAI answers them right away, in your shop's voice, in English or Swahili.

Takes orders

The customer confirms the order inside the chat, for pickup or delivery. Totals and delivery fees are worked out by our system, never invented.

Sends your rider

Your rider, or your delivery company, gets the job with one tap to accept. The customer is told who is coming and when it's on the way.

Payment to your M-Pesa

Customers pay your own number, till or paybill. You tap "Received" when the SMS comes. The money never passes through us.
